Additional Notes: (12-1933) Frame and other parts along with a new boiler, used to rebuild as #7 which has often been referred to as a New Shay built by Uintah shops when in fact it was a rebuild of sn-1513. Uintah Railroad Company even assigned an invalid Lima sn-# of 3054P to this Shay.
