Additional Notes: built as WT, new boiler was EWT 4-16-1919 Hall & Kaul Lbr. Co. later Kaul & Hall Lbr. Co. Inc., was never the owner of the St. Marys & Southwestern RR, which had only one Shay for about a year. Confusion comes from the fact that the same people owned all three operations.
